Jimmie Jack's chef prepares the best of Alaskan cuisine. Meals include fresh Kenai salmon, Cook Inlet Halibut, Kachemak Bay steamer clams, and Clam Gulch razor clams. For guests that do not eat seafood, we have other choices.
Our chef aims to please your palate, and ensure that you will have a wonderful dining experience. Special meal requests can be made when booking your reservation.
Hearty breakfasts are served in the morning before departing for the day's fishing trip. You will take a fisherman's lunch along with you to the boat. In the evening you will return to the comforts of the lodge on Cook Inlet for a delicious dinner. Welcome to Jimmie Jack's Lodge!

Our chef, Jason, studied Culinary Arts at the Art Institute of Dallas. Jason is an excellent chef and enjoys preparing Alaskan dishes. He is a connoisseur of great coffee so your mornings will be special. Jimmie Jack says, "We nicknamed Jason "5 star" because he always produces great food. Jason has a commitment to excellence that is deep in is heart, and it shows when the dinner bell rings!"
